Description

You will analyze on-premise environments, design cloud migration strategies, and build cloud-native solutions on Azure (hybrid/multicloud) with integration to Microsoft 365 aligned with CAF and WAF. You will act as the technical arbitrator for agile teams, set infrastructure standards using Infrastructure as Code and platform patterns, proactively support digital transformation and modernization, and continuously optimize costs via FinOps. You will also validate solution proposals, estimate effort, present target architectures to decision-makers, and support Cloud Engineers with technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Analyze on-premise environments and design cloud migration strategy

• Build cloud-native solutions in Azure (Azure, hybrid, multicloud) and integrate with M365 according to CAF and WAF

• Set infrastructure standards (IaC, AKS, Serverless, PoC)

• Support clients in digital transformation and application modernization

• Continuously optimize costs using FinOps

• Validate proposals, estimate workload, and present architectures to stakeholders

• Provide technical guidance to Cloud Engineers and share knowledge

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience designing and building enterprise-class technology solutions

• Very good knowledge of the Azure platform for network and infrastructure management and its key services: IaaS, CaaS, PaaS, FaaS

• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, especially identity (Microsoft Entra ID), security (Microsoft Defender, Purview), and device management (Microsoft Intune)

• Experience building infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins)

• Experience automating SDLC processes and CI/CD, with practical skills in configuring application deployment

• Experience with microservices architecture and Kubernetes container platform management (e.g., AKS, OpenShift)

• Experience managing storage and data-management services

• Experience designing hybrid architectures connecting on-premise, Azure, and Microsoft 365, with understanding of dependencies between platforms

• Practical knowledge of M365 Governance and Compliance, including implementing data protection and retention policies
