GTM Operator — AI-driven sales development

Curious how sales actually works when AI can handle most of the routine?

We are looking for a GTM Operator: someone who will run our AI tooling for finding and reaching out to companies, get the right people on a call, and do the first qualification before our consultants step in. This is not a senior sales role and it is not template work. It is the start of our whole commercial motion — and the pipeline you build is yours.

What will your role be?

You will own the start of our sales process. The goal is a steady flow of qualified conversations — real opportunities, not noise.

• working with AI tools to find and reach out to target companies

• researching companies and opening conversations with relevance, not from a template

• first qualification against clear criteria: budget, fit, timing, who decides

• arranging and preparing intro calls — handed over to the consultant with full context

• a clean and current CRM (Attio), so the numbers reflect reality

AI and efficiency

• daily work with AI tools for research, outreach, notes and CRM upkeep

• constantly trying new things — the tooling changes, and that is intentional

• minimum manual administration

• finding ways to simplify and speed up the whole process

What you will need

• fluent English — you will be talking to founders and business owners abroad

• the ability to lead an open commercial conversation and ask about what candidates often avoid — budget, priorities, who decides on a solution

• a strong interest in AI and the ability to learn new tools fast

• openness to change — the process and the tooling will keep evolving

• persistence and follow-through: open threads do not get dropped

• honest judgment — you tell us early when an opportunity is not real

Experience with a specific CRM (Attio, Salesforce, Pipedrive) is not required. We will teach you the tools.

What this role is NOT

• a technical or programming role — you work with AI tools in the user interface, you do not build them

• a senior salesperson owning deals from start to finish

• an administrator of reports and notes

• a role with everything handed to you — we expect questions and initiative

What we offer

• a base of 56 000 CZK per month + a variable component tied to results — up to 98 000 CZK and more when we hit plan

• mostly remote work, with the option to use our office in Karlín, Prague

• occasional in-person meetings with the team and travel to clients

• contractor cooperation (IČO) + flexible working hours

• laptop — MacBook / Windows

• learning alongside our Head of Commercial — you learn sales calls on real opportunities, not in theory

Working hours and location are meaningless concepts for us. We believe everyone should do what they want, when they want, as long as they deliver on the tasks they commit to.
