Description

You will help co-create the next visual pathway for the Mixit brand. The role is centered on packaging graphics (from first concepts to final print outputs) and also includes promotional and campaign materials, plus collaboration on special editions and creative projects. You’ll be expected to bring your own solutions and ensure details are right through the entire production process.

Responsibilities

• Co-create a new visual direction for the brand
• Create packaging graphics end-to-end (concept to final output)
• Produce promotional materials and campaign assets
• Collaborate on creative projects, new releases, and special editions
• Identify effective solutions and new creative tools to simplify or improve team output

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant graphic design experience (studios, agencies, client-side)
• Education in graphic design/visual communication or related field (ideally university)
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe CC
• Ability to work independently from brief to final output
• Excellent eye for detail, typography, composition, and color
• Ability to propose and defend your own creative solutions
• Understanding of design in relation to brand, product, and target customer (not just aesthetics)
• Ability to work in a team and communicate with stakeholders outside the design department
• Czech language proficiency at C1 level
• Portfolio and CV
