Description

You will take over multiple customer projects in mechanical production. From defining and planning the project through execution with production partners, you will actively manage it until delivery. You will coordinate directly (not just remotely), handle changes, track key details, and decide what needs to be addressed first.

Responsibilities

• Manage several customer projects concurrently from start to finish
• Plan timelines, priorities, and key milestones
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams across the organization
• Maintain full project visibility while monitoring critical details
• Continuously determine what is most important for each project at the moment
• Proactively address problems, risks, and blockers to prevent delays
• React to changes during execution and define the best next steps
• Bring projects to completion—not just move tasks forward
• After delivery, identify opportunities to improve and simplify the next projects

Requirements

• Ability to take responsibility for the entire project
• Ability to plan and structure your own work
• Ability to foresee upcoming steps and work with priorities
• Track and close matters; don’t let problems remain unresolved
