Reporting & Data Analytics Specialist

We are looking for a Reporting & Data Analytics Specialist to support data-driven decision-making by designing, modeling, and visualizing data across multiple platforms. The role involves working with SAP BI tools, integrating data from various sources, and contributing to modern data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data models in SAP Datasphere, including both graphical and SQL-based views.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports in SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Collect and integrate data from multiple external sources via APIs; handle various authentication methods, such as Bearer tokens and OIDC certificates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance optimization across reporting solutions.
• Work with modern data platforms such as Databricks for advanced data engineering and analytics use cases.
• Develop scripts and automation using Python for data processing and integration in a Databricks environment.
• Use version control and collaborate on code and assets via GitHub.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data modeling and reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Experience working with APIs and authentication mechanisms such as Bearer token and OIDC.
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows (GitHub).
• Solid understanding of SQL.
• Familiarity with Databricks or similar data platforms.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills for working with business and technical stakeholders.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to Have

• Skills in Python for data processing or automation.
• Background in SAP HANA.
