Description

You will partner with business leaders, IT teams, and external stakeholders to ensure technology solutions meet CST business needs and strategic goals. The role translates business requirements into actionable IT roadmaps, leads IT portfolio prioritization and investment cases, and drives end-to-end requirements discovery through benefits realization. You’ll operate in a complex, highly regulated healthcare/medical device environment.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute CST IT strategies; translate business priorities into a forward-looking technology roadmap aligned with enterprise direction.

• Serve as a trusted strategic partner and senior IT liaison to operating units, regions, and functions.

• Lead joint prioritization of the IT portfolio across business value, risk, regulatory requirements, feasibility, capacity, and investment constraints.

• Establish and communicate investment cases, expected benefits, and ROI measures; monitor outcomes and adjust priorities.

• Facilitate alignment among business and IT decision-makers for timely, transparent decisions across competing priorities.

• Orchestrate delivery of IT products, platforms, services, and capabilities to enable business outcomes and reduce complexity and operational risk.

• Drive end-to-end requirements discovery and analysis, converting business needs into solution requirements, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.

• Lead or influence transformation initiatives from concept through implementation with governance, execution discipline, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realization.

• Identify and resolve business/technology issues, dependencies, risks, and escalations.

• Provide thought leadership and mentor others in business relationship management, business analysis, and technology decision-making.

• U.S. salary range (USD, excluding PR): $118,400.00 – $177,600.00
