Description

Support agile planning and execution across multiple PODs, including tracking delivery metrics, ensuring process consistency, and enabling delivery of data and AI-enabled products for Department of Defense missions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate agile execution across multiple PODs in alignment with program objectives and delivery timelines
• Track, analyze, and report key delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, release progress) for leadership
• Maintain agile management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps) including ticket creation, backlog refinement, and workflow optimization
• Support program-wide agile events (PI planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, release cycles)
• Ensure agile standards and best practices are consistently applied across PODs
• Identify and escalate delivery blockers, risks, and dependencies; assist in resolution tracking
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, technical leads, and stakeholders to gather requirements and support delivery operations
• Develop and maintain documentation, dashboards, and reporting tools for agile delivery management

Requirements

• Active Top Secret SCI security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in agile project coordination, business analysis, or delivery support
• Working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Proficiency with Jira and Azure DevOps and delivery metrics tracking
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
