Description

CGI is seeking a Business Analyst to provide technical and administrative support to SAF/AQ and other Department of the Air Force organizations to execute Government directed acquisition activities. Responsibilities include coordinating mission execution tracking, compiling acquisition program metrics, and ensuring the timely delivery of high quality acquisition communication products.

Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Strategic Analysis for Department of War (DoW) and Department of Air Force (DAF) customers/clients

  • Prepare, update, maintain, and organize Government directed execution documentation (including Strategic Plans, and performance briefs)

  • Collect, organize, and maintain information supporting alignment among mission statements, goals, objectives, implementation activities, and performance measures

  • Provide technical and administrative support for Government directed acquisition program activities

  • Collect and organize information, maintain supporting documentation, and support reviews involving requirements, risks, alternatives, trade offs, feasibility, and acquisition execution

  • Support formal program milestones, peer reviews, and risk assessment boards

  • Prepare, maintain, and update technical documentation, communication products, and resource documentation supporting Government directed acquisition activities

  • Provide qualified personnel with a minimum of 10 years of demonstrated Department of War (DoW) acquisition experience to perform Government directed technical support activities

  • Support execution, coordination, documentation, and implementation of assigned acquisition activities

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience

  • Master's or bachelor's with equivalent experience (Business Admin, Finance, MIS)

  • US Citizenship and active Secret clearance required

  • CBAP (Business Analysis) Certifications

  • Maintain a professional certification equivalent to DAWIA Program Management Practitioner level (or civilian equivalent, such as PMP)

Desired qualifications/non essential skills required

  • Information synthesis, organization, attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to meet deadlines

  • Strong oral and written communication skills for senior executive level

  • Ability to assimilate, organize, and distill complex information quickly and efficiently

  • Ability to produce results in a time constrained environment

  • Ability to work from high level requirements through detailed specifications

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

  • Maintain a positive, customer service attitude under stressful conditions

  • Occasional travel may be required
