Description

You will design and prototype intuitive interfaces for complex web tooling systems, dashboards, data exploration tools, and operational workflows used by engineering teams. You’ll translate customer needs into practical, scalable UX—including AI-integrated workflows—working closely with engineers and product stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers and engineering teams to understand workflows, problems, and UX opportunities
• Create intuitive interfaces for web tooling, dashboards, data exploration tools, and operational workflows
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, specifications, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
• Work with frontend engineers to implement and refine user experiences in Vue-based applications
• Design AI-integrated workflows for summarization, automation, insight surfacing, and improved decision-making
• Conduct user interviews, usability reviews, and feedback sessions with engineering clients and end users
• Define design patterns, interaction models, and UX standards for internal platforms and applications
• Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities to deliver high-impact designs

Requirements

• BS degree or equivalent experience in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant UI/UX, product design, or UX engineering experience
• Proven experience designing for web applications, dashboards, enterprise tools, or technical users, including customer-focused research
• Strong Figma skills: prototyping, component systems, design documentation, and collaboration workflows
• Experience collaborating with software engineers to deliver production-quality UIs; familiarity with Vue.js or modern frontend frameworks
