Description

You will bridge development, analysis, and consulting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP solutions. The work includes analyzing customer requirements, proposing functional technical solutions, and diving into/modifying code when standard functionality is not sufficient. You will also stay current with Business Central and related Microsoft technologies and apply AI as a practical tool for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Understand and interpret D365 Business Central / NAV requirements in the context of ERP behavior
• Analyze customer requests and design functional technical solutions
• Work with code: orient yourself, adjust it, and develop solutions when needed
• Assess whether to use standard functionality or create new capabilities
• Explain and justify solutions to customers and colleagues
• Monitor updates in Business Central and related Microsoft technologies and test practical applications
• Use AI to support analysis, solution discovery, and solution design
• Share know-how with colleagues and customers

Requirements

• Strong orientation in D365 Business Central or NAV and understanding of ERP principles
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and propose functional technical solutions
• Code literacy with the ability to modify and develop when necessary
• Ability to choose between standard functionality and new development
• Communication skills to explain and defend solutions
• Interest in tracking Business Central and related Microsoft technology updates
• Ability to use AI as a normal work tool for analysis and solution design
• Ability to pass know-how to others
• Independent working style and ownership
• English communication skills
