Description

Help manufacturing plants across Europe implement digital solutions that deliver measurable results—less losses, higher quality, and more efficient processes. You will work as the link between production, IT, and data teams, managing projects from initial needs understanding through solution design, rollout, and successful adoption in practice.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with production sites to identify where digitalization can improve performance and efficiency

  • Gather real user needs and translate them into clear functional requirements for IT and data teams

  • Manage projects end-to-end: from initial analysis to final handover and real-world use

  • Coordinate changes across processes, data, roles, and ways of working to create long-term value

  • Work with Operational Excellence teams to set priorities and develop the digital roadmap

  • Measure and evaluate benefits in quality, productivity, and loss reduction

  • Train and support key users in manufacturing plants and build their independence

  • Partner closely with teams across production, quality, planning, IT, data, and management across Europe (reporting to the Manufacturing Application Manager)

Requirements

  • University education or equivalent experience; at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (ideally food or FMCG)

  • Fluent Czech and English in both spoken and written form

  • Experience leading projects in an international environment

  • Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into concrete, clear assignments

  • Orientation in manufacturing processes and familiarity with MES, ERP, and reporting tools

  • Advantage: knowledge of Lean methods or Lean Six Sigma certification

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and gain stakeholder support

  • Willingness to travel to sites, about 15–20% of working time
