Description

You will support and improve SAP logistics processes with a primary focus on SAP MM and SAP PP, covering SAP EWM as well. The role includes maintaining logistics master data, assisting users in day-to-day SAP work, and implementing/standardizing organizational and logistics processes through documentation and training. You will also support template development and preparation for SAP HANA, including optimization activities and further integration between SAP and other IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee maintenance of logistics master data

• Support SAP users in day-to-day system work

• Improve SAP workflows for purchasing, logistics, and warehousing

• Implement organizational processes in SAP

• Coordinate, standardize, document, and train logistics processes in SAP

• Monitor and correct expected SAP usage

• Support further development of SAP templates and preparation for SAP HANA

• Initiate, perform, and support optimization objects in logistics processes

• Support further development of cooperation between SAP and IT systems

Requirements

• Secondary or university education

• Knowledge of purchasing, logistics, and warehouse management

• Extensive knowledge of SAP logistics modules (main focus on MM + PP)

• Familiarity with logistics processes

• Advantage: experience with label and form design, SQL reports, and EDI settings

• Knowledge of SAP system integration

• Basics of project management

• Good knowledge of English or German

• Willingness to travel
