Description

Drive end-to-end SAP Production Planning (PP) consulting, from evaluating production-near requirements and designing the system to achieving successful PP go-live. Support S/4HANA migration and the further development of production processes, contributing your PP expertise to transformation projects. You also provide functional leadership for a small internal team and help build it out.

Responsibilities

• Consult clients in SAP PP, including independent part-project/workstream leadership
• Take full functional responsibility in the SAP PP scope
• Accompany projects from requirement intake and assessment through PP system design and go-live
• Support production process migration and development during the move to SAP S/4HANA
• Lead and grow an internal team

Requirements

• Completed degree in a relevant field or comparable training
• 5+ years of SAP experience, ideally with Production Planning (PP)
• Very strong knowledge of manufacturing and planning processes and their mapping in SAP
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA projects (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Transformation)
• Safe handling of PP solution design, customizing, and implementation
• Structured, solution-oriented approach and ability to develop practical customer solutions
• Willingness to travel ~50% (otherwise fully remote work)
• Excellent German and English communication skills
