Description

You’ll support the development of modern web applications and cloud-hosted microservices for recruitment technologies. The role combines front-end and back-end development with active collaboration on cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines, plus contribution to scalable and maintainable software architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve front-end and back-end components for modern web applications

• Implement internal software projects

• Participate in designing and improving cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines

• Collaborate with stakeholders (Product Management, development teams, DevOps) for smooth software delivery

• Design and evolve scalable, maintainable software architectures using modern technologies and best practices

• Evaluate new technologies and drive technology and architecture decisions

Requirements

• Polish, English, and German proficiency at least B2

• 4+ years of practical front-end and back-end development experience (JavaScript/TypeScript and Java)

• Projects proving building, refactoring, and maintaining cloud-hosted web applications

• Practical experience in architecture and development (e.g., serverless architectures, Headless CMS systems)

• Broad knowledge of cloud platforms, CI/CD processes, and modern software engineering practices

• Very good understanding of scalable, maintainable, and secure system design

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern front-end technologies: Vue, HTML5, CSS3

• Experience with cloud infrastructure: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

• Experience with cloud-hosted microservices

• Completed IT degree
