Technical Delivery Manager (IoT)

We’re looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to join our Customer Success Team and take ownership of the technical delivery of customer projects for our IoT device management platform.In this role, you will work with customers, Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to prepare, configure, and deliver deployments aligned with product capabilities. You will analyze requirements, identify gaps, coordinate technical readiness, and resolve technical issues during delivery from kick-off to production go-live.This is not an application installation or infrastructure deployment role. Platform deployment and infrastructure operations are handled by Engineering and Infrastructure teams.
