Description

You will design, build, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications using Agentforce, collaborating with cross-functional technology teams to deliver solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements. The role also includes leading development efforts, mentoring engineers, and ensuring adherence to best practices and code quality. You will integrate multiple systems with Salesforce and provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Participate in application design, configuration, customization, and deployment

• Design and implement technical solutions for functional and non-functional requirements

• Work with Test Automation, DevOps, Integration, and UX teams

• Integrate internal and third-party systems with Salesforce

• Lead development to deliver innovative solutions while following standards, best practices, and code quality techniques

• Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience

• Commercial hands-on experience with Agentforce

• Experience across various Salesforce Clouds (preferably Sales and Service)

• Passion for Salesforce and helping customers leverage Salesforce

• Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, Lightning, and SOQL

• Experience with Git and CI/CD practices

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
