Description

You will join a dev+ops-style organization that follows “you build it, you run it” to deliver and maintain cloud platforms that enable application and service development.

The role includes owning EKS cluster management, solving issues across the full stack, building stable automation code and internal customer-facing APIs, and collaborating with customers on feature requests and bug fixes. You’ll also contribute high-level designs and developer documentation while designing for privacy, security, compliance, high availability, performance, and resilience.

Responsibilities

  • Own EKS cluster management and related automations
  • Solve problems at every layer of the technology stack
  • Develop high-quality, stable automation code for use in internal customer-facing APIs
  • Participate in the Support and On-call rota (one week per 2–3 months)
  • Write and publish High Level Designs and developer documentation
  • Contribute to bottom-up planning around release schedules, workload, and priorities
  • Analyze requirements, investigate possible solutions, and implement the best approach
  • Complete short and straightforward test tasks in GoLang before client interview

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in platform DevOps with infrastructure experience on AWS or GCP
  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS), ideally including Vault, Kyverno, and policy management
  • Proven scripting skills in Python, Ruby, or Bash, using an Infrastructure as Code approach
  • Proficiency in Terraform, Docker, and Ansible
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud, networking, and MongoDB
  • Basic knowledge of Go with flexibility to learn GoLang quickly
  • Ability to participate in the on-call support rota (one week per 2–3 months; compensated additionally as a bonus)
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Strong communication skills and client-centricity
