Description

Design and deliver a comprehensive Salesforce multi-cloud architecture aligned with organizational goals. Define secure, scalable, and integrated solutions that support complex business processes and digital transformation. Partner with business leaders, technical teams, and external partners to translate strategic objectives into actionable solutions, while providing technical leadership and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a comprehensive Salesforce multi-cloud architecture aligned with organizational goals
• Lead solution design sessions and validate architecture decisions with stakeholders
• Define and implement integration strategies with external systems and third-party applications
• Establish governance for data modeling, security, and compliance across the Salesforce landscape
• Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate workstreams with third-party vendors to ensure delivery quality
• Monitor architectural consistency and enforce adherence to technical standards throughout the project timeline
• Provide expert guidance, technical leadership, and mentoring to Salesforce development and implementation teams

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and architecting Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds and organizational units
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce integration with external systems and APIs
• In-depth knowledge of data modeling, security frameworks, and compliance principles in Salesforce
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on scalable solutions
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and interact effectively with executive stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills for facilitating workshops and driving decision-making processes
• Salesforce Architect-level certification(s) preferred

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms
• Familiarity with Salesforce Industry Clouds or CPQ solutions
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks within Salesforce projects
• Background in performance optimization and system scalability for large Salesforce environments
• Exposure to multi-cloud security and compliance requirements in regulated industries
