Description

You will develop modern IT solutions for insurance through a structured dual program that blends university learning with hands-on software engineering work. From the start, you take on responsible tasks, learn multiple technology areas, and receive continuous support through dedicated mentors.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an onboarding month to learn the company, programs, technologies, and fellow students
• Gain insights into different programming and knowledge areas including Java, mobile app development, web development, databases, and business-oriented topics
• Apply your skills in current IT projects
• Rotate through different departments during practical phases and set your focus areas

Requirements

• University entrance qualification (general or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification)
• Good grades in Mathematics and German; optional strong performance in Informatics
• Interest in IT and enjoyment of programming
• Ability to grasp complex topics and learn independently
• Engagement, willingness to take responsibility, and interest in bringing your own ideas
• Enjoy working with others to deliver team projects
