Description

You’ll develop modern IT solutions for insurance contexts in a combined theory-and-practice program. After an initial onboarding month, you’ll gain structured exposure to programming, mobile and web development, databases, and business fundamentals. During practice phases, you’ll rotate through departments, define your focus areas, and apply your knowledge in current IT projects.

Requirements

• General or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification
• Good grades/performance in Mathematics and German (and possibly Computer Science)
• Strong interest in IT and enjoyment of programming
• Ability to understand complex relationships and learn independently
• Engaged mindset with willingness to take responsibility and contribute ideas
• Enjoyment of implementing projects together in a team
