Description

You’ll combine university education with hands-on experience through practical in-company rotations in different IT teams. The program covers business fundamentals and the implementation and operation of information systems, with opportunities to contribute to real technical projects and questions. At the university, you can choose to study either Computer Science or Business Informatics.

Responsibilities

• Complete 3–7-month practical assignments (3 days/week) in various teams within the company’s IT specialist areas
• Learn core concepts of business contexts and information systems implementation and operations
• Work on projects such as introducing IT systems and solving technical questions

Requirements

• Abitur with good to very good grades, especially in Math, German, and English (and ideally Informatics and Business Administration), or a university entrance qualification with an IT focus
• Completed vocational training: Fachinformatiker, IT-System-Kaufmann, Kaufmann für Digitalisierungsmanagement, or IT-Management (m/w/d)
• Enjoy working with IT, shown through small programming projects or internship experience
• Secure English in speaking and writing
• Enjoy collaboration, self-reliance, commitment, and strong organization
