Description

You will complete an apprenticeship that prepares you to plan and install EDV/IT systems, ensure the right IT prerequisites, and keep operations running smoothly while supporting users. In the first two years, you build knowledge in networking and services, client connectivity, and tools such as Office 365 and video conferencing. In the third year, you specialize in one of: system integration, data & process analysis, or digital networking, and also gain additional skills in 3D printing, robot control, and artificial intelligence.

• Prepare and configure the right IT prerequisites for smooth operations

• Ensure a trouble-free workflow and provide user support

• Develop IT solutions in an international context

Requirements

• Abitur, Fachabitur/Fachhochschulreife, Higher Commercial School qualification, or a good intermediate school leaving certificate (MSA)

• Strong interest in technology, digitalization, numbers, and IT

• Analytical mindset and enjoyment of varied tasks

• Communicative; enjoys teamwork in an international environment

• German language level: at least B2 at the start of the apprenticeship
