Description

This role supports management and organizational improvement efforts while performing technical eDiscovery work across the eDiscovery environment. Responsibilities include analyzing strategic goals, designing systems and procedures to resolve business problems, and handling the identification, collection, advanced processing, and delivery/reporting of electronic data.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analysis for management, organizational and business improvement services, including compiling and analyzing strategic goals; applying methodology, models, and tools; identifying candidate best practices models; and using performance measures, benchmarking, and management standards for assessments, program audits, and management/policy development.
• Gather information from users, define work problems, and design systems and procedures to resolve problems.
• Perform eDiscovery duties across multiple areas, including:
  • Identify and collect electronic data.
  • Advanced processing of Electronic Stored Information (ESI) into multiple systems, including hands-on file manipulations and conversions.
  • Scripting.
  • Create users and set up and use eDiscovery applications.
  • Integrate legal systems to improve efficiencies by creating scripts, advanced queries, and automated workflow concepts.
  • Produce and deliver data.
  • Create reports and procedures.
  • Follow reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Demonstrates experience successfully doing similar work, with similar complexity, with minimal support.
• Certification in an eDiscovery program or related software package (e.g., O365 Concordance, Relativity, Relativity One, Clearwell) is highly desired.
• Experience managing FOIA reviews is preferred.
