Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable data platforms and products that support Enterprise Credit Risk initiatives. The role includes developing ETL/ELT workflows, curated data products for analytics and reporting, and production-grade pipelines with strong data validation and quality controls. You will collaborate across engineering, data science, risk analytics, and product teams to translate business needs into reliable data solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable data pipelines, transformations, and datasets

  • Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using SQL, Python, Databricks, and Spark

  • Develop and maintain curated data products supporting reporting, analytics, credit decisioning, and business use cases

  • Partner with Product, Risk Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering teams to deliver technical solutions

  • Implement data validation, testing, and quality controls

  • Deploy, monitor, and operate production data pipelines and workflows

  • Investigate and troubleshoot data and pipeline issues (root cause analysis)

  • Participate in code reviews and follow engineering standards and best practices

  • Support modernization of data platforms, including cloud migration

  • Document data solutions, pipelines, data flows, and operational processes

  • Improve performance, reliability, scalability, and efficiency of data solutions
