Description

You will support clients in the digital transformation of their core processes by conceiving sustainable integration solutions and modern API architectures. The work includes analyzing requirements, translating business needs into technical concepts, and designing scalable solutions based on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. You will also run demos and proof of concepts, evaluate new technologies, and apply AI tools critically.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients during the digital further development of core processes
• Design integration solutions that create long-term value
• Analyze functional and technical requirements
• Design scalable integration and API architectures using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• Translate business requirements into viable technical concepts
• Coordinate alignment between business units, IT, and stakeholders
• Develop modern API and integration concepts
• Define best practices and support building sustainable integration landscapes
• Concept and implement demos and proof of concepts
• Evaluate new technologies and implement innovative solution approaches
• Take responsibility in integration projects (technical and organizational)
• Manage sub-projects or teams to ensure successful delivery
• Act as a sparring partner for business and IT teams

Requirements

• Multi-year practical experience with Java
• Confident use of JSON, XML and REST/SOAP
• Familiarity with integration and API architectures (API, EAI, ETL, ESB)
• Completed degree or training in (business) informatics or comparable technical qualification
• In-depth experience with iPaaS platforms, ideally MuleSoft and the Anypoint Platform
• Knowledge of solutions such as Dell Boomi or Talend
• Experience with event streaming technologies such as Kafka
• Confident use of AI tools in the specialty and critical evaluation of results
• Very good German and good English skills
