Description

You will plan, run, and optimize Red Hat OpenShift clusters to deliver a seamless experience for customers. You will work in close contact with customers as a technical point of contact alongside your colleagues, and support knowledge transfer through training sessions and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Conception & administration: plan, operate, and optimize Red Hat OpenShift clusters

• Customer support: address technical questions in close customer collaboration

• Knowledge transfer & coaching: build know-how via trainings and workshops

Requirements

• Completed degree in (Business) Informatics or IT training
• Practical experience with Red Hat OpenShift
• Team-oriented, enjoys variety and tackling unfamiliar topics
• Strong communication skills
• Very good German language skills
