Description

Work as an Oracle Database Administrator supporting an international customer project. You will administer Oracle databases (19c+ with Data Guard) and run/maintain Oracle WebLogic 12c/14c plus APEX/ORDS servers. You’ll analyze and implement technical requirements independently.

Responsibilities

• Administer Oracle installations on Linux
• Manage Oracle databases (≥ 19c), including Oracle Data Guard
• Operate and maintain Oracle WebLogic 12c/14c and APEX/ORDS servers
• Perform Oracle backup and recovery using RMAN
• Provide database support for an international customer project
• Independently analyze and implement technical requirements

Requirements

• 3–5 years of practical experience in Oracle database administration (19c+)
• Solid knowledge of Oracle WebLogic administration
• Excellent German and English skills (at least C1) in spoken and written form
• Ability and willingness to work 100% on-site near Munich
• Strong knowledge of administering Oracle databases and Oracle WebLogic servers
• Ability to independently analyze and handle requirements
• High performance readiness and customer orientation
• Self-motivation, teamwork skills, flexibility
• Degree in Computer Science/Business Informatics or IT vocational training with relevant experience (career switchers with a strong MINT background also welcome)
