Description

You will lead documentation, governance, and knowledge transfer across the Microsoft 365 service stack to support enterprise transition and operational readiness. You will gather and structure knowledge, define standards, and create structured materials such as architecture descriptions, SOPs, operating models, and runbooks for operations and service management. You will collaborate with SMEs across identity, security, messaging, and collaboration and ensure documentation quality, consistency, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Gather and structure knowledge from existing customer documentation; identify gaps across M365 services
• Design and produce structured documentation, including architecture descriptions, SOPs, operating models, and runbooks
• Translate complex technical topics into clear, user-friendly operational materials
• Ensure documentation consistency, quality, and compliance with standards and governance rules
• Collaborate with SMEs across identity, security, messaging, and collaboration to ensure correctness
• Support governance setup and process definition together with operations and compliance teams
• Maintain documentation repositories (e.g., SharePoint) and ensure version control
• Support knowledge transfer activities, including training and handover to operations teams

Requirements

• Experience as an Architect, SME, Senior Engineer, or Consultant in Microsoft 365 environments
• Strong expertise in M365 services and enterprise environments
• Proven experience in technical and service documentation creation
• Familiarity with IT processes, governance models, and service operations
• Ability to structure knowledge and work with distributed teams
• Experience in knowledge transfer, training, or onboarding activities
• Fluent communication in German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong stakeholder communication skills across technical and business roles
