DevOps/Platform Engineer - Kubernetes

We are looking for an experienced DevOps / Platform Engineer to join a technology team responsible for building and maintaining modern application environments based on Kubernetes and cloud technologies.

The role focuses on onboarding applications to Kubernetes, CI/CD, deployment automation and GitOps, with close cooperation with development, security, middleware and Linux teams.

Your responsibilities

• Onboarding Spring Boot and frontend applications to Kubernetes across Development, Testing and Production environments.
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and application deployment processes.
• Managing deployments using GitOps and ArgoCD.
• Preparing application environments using scripting and automation.
• Supporting integration between applications, middleware and infrastructure components.
• Providing technical guidance to development teams regarding Kubernetes and cloud solutions.
• Cooperating with Security, Middleware, Linux and other infrastructure teams.
• Participating in Agile and Change Management processes.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of DevOps experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Very good knowledge of Jenkins and/or GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience with Git, Jira, ArgoCD and GitOps.
• Practical experience onboarding and deploying Spring Boot and frontend applications to Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Scripting/programming skills in at least one: Bash, Python or Java.
• Good communication skills and ability to cooperate closely with development and infrastructure teams.
