Description

Work on the platform that enables developers, freelancers, and agencies to deliver web projects—building and improving applications and services. After onboarding, you’ll join a developer team and take on responsibility step by step, contributing to sustainable technical solutions. You’ll collaborate with frontend developers, Product Owners, and other teams to shape requirements and deliver high-quality code.

Responsibilities

• Implement technical solutions sustainably and contribute to platform evolution

• Develop and maintain applications and services in Go or Node.js based on defined issues

• Co-design requirements with frontend developers, Product Owners, and other teams

• Monitor, maintain, and improve existing services; identify and optimize performance opportunities

• Write automated tests, perform code reviews, and maintain code quality with your team

• Diagnose and fix defects across services, APIs, and databases

Requirements

• Experience writing code and familiarity with Git

• Structured problem-solving mindset; continue thinking until the root cause is clear

• Curiosity about why things work; ability to recognize hidden dependencies

• Persistence to deeply understand components until the “whole picture” is clear

• Willingness to build small projects/tools proactively (self-driven coding)

• Ability to debug problems even when the cause is not immediately obvious
