Description

You will design and develop Business Intelligence solutions based on Power BI and support the team as a technical expert and architecture/quality leader. The role combines active developers work with technical guidance: shaping analytical/data standards, improving data product quality, and providing hands-on support for complex technical problems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI
• Build and develop data models in dbt and Snowflake
• Create end-to-end solutions from the data layer to reporting and the semantic layer
• Optimize data models, reports, and analytics processes
• Support the team in solving complex technical issues
• Conduct code reviews and architecture reviews
• Mentor and promote good development practices
• Automate development, testing, deployment, and monitoring processes
• Use APIs, CI/CD tooling, and AI solutions supporting team work
• Collaborate with international Data & Analytics teams to develop common standards and components

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of Power BI, Power BI Service, and semantic models
• Advanced SQL knowledge
• Practical experience with dbt
• Experience with Snowflake or another cloud data platform
• Very good knowledge of data modeling and building BI solutions
• Experience designing and implementing analytics solutions in production environments
• Knowledge of Git, code review, and CI/CD processes
• Ability to work with scripts and APIs (Python, PowerShell or similar)
• Experience mentoring and supporting other developers
• Very good English
