Description

You will build scalable, robust and efficient solutions in a full-stack team to ensure continuous delivery in a microservice architecture. The Retention domain supports communication capabilities and player engagement features such as bonuses, loyalty programs, and seamless cross-channel experiences.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable, robust and efficient solutions and ensure the continuous delivery in our microservice architecture.
• Be involved in technical discussions to challenge, propose, evaluate, and take a guiding and supportive approach to business needs.
• Work closely with operational units and stakeholders.
• Drive your own initiatives with a high-quality mindset.
• Work within the full chain of development, having end-to-end responsibilities.
• Collaborative work across the organisation with other domains.
• Make sure our IT ecology is scalable and ready for upcoming expansions.

Requirements

Essential skills

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience working as a back-end developer with Java and/or Kotlin
• Experience with messaging tools (Kafka)
• Experience with microservice architecture
• Experience with common Java frameworks such as Spring and JPA
• Experience with MySQL relational databases

Nice to haves

• Experience with AI tools like Claude
• Experience with OpenAPI
• Experience with BigQuery
• Experience with Kubernetes
