Senior Javascript Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced self-driven Senior JavaScript Engineer to help deliver an iGaming experience for customers. As part of a multinational frontend team, you will create new features for and maintain the full LeoVegas.com product.

In close collaboration with product managers, designers, and backend peers, you will work on a broad variety of initiatives. With a focus on the Rest of World cluster, you will support markets including Canada, Germany, Malta, and others, while sharing your experience with the team and stakeholders.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Develop and maintain high-quality JavaScript applications
• Ensure a smooth and engaging user experience
• Drive the development of most frontend features of LeoVegas.com
• Improve and maintain applications with a product focus
• Contribute to launching new brands and brand expansions into new territories

Candidate Profile

Essential Skills

• Strong, proven experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Solid working knowledge of GraphQL
• Practical experience with Node.js and microservices

Nice to Have

• Experience with tracking and monitoring tools, such as Datadog
• Familiarity with OpenAPI and BigQuery
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or GitHub Copilot, with curiosity for using AI to improve engineering practices
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for adopting AI to enhance engineering practices and software delivery
