Description

Support the implementation and operational ownership of ServiceNow GRC capabilities, covering IRM/GRC, TPRM, and Privacy. Gather and document business requirements, facilitate cross-functional workshops, and define business requirements, user stories, and process improvements while supporting implementation, testing, and deployment. After go-live, act as a functional lead and subject matter expert, manage enhancement requests, and support regulatory, audit, risk, and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IRM, GRC, TPRM, and Privacy processes

• Facilitate workshops with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Security, and Business stakeholders

• Define business requirements, user stories, and process improvements

• Support implementation, testing, and deployment activities

• Participate in solution governance and design reviews

• Ensure operational readiness, documentation, and support processes are established

• Act as functional lead and subject matter expert after go-live

• Manage enhancement requests and drive continuous platform improvements

• Support regulatory, audit, risk, and compliance initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC capabilities

• Experience within Risk, Compliance, Audit, TPRM, and Privacy domains

• Experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments

• Experience working with external implementation partners

• Experience with greenfield ServiceNow implementations

• Ability to balance implementation activities with long-term platform ownership

• Advanced English (at least B2+/C1)
