Description

Join a major transformation program focused on the broad use of AI in business processes, building AI platforms, implementing AI Governance mechanisms, and preparing the organization to operate in an AI-Ready model. You will manage operationally and coordinate a complex program with multiple parallel initiatives across business, technology, and organizational areas, working closely with management, business leaders, and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Operational management and coordination of the strategic AI transformation program
• Oversee multiple parallel business, technology, and organizational workstreams
• Plan, organize, and control scope, schedule, budget, and quality of delivered solutions
• Ensure alignment across AI initiatives, data platforms, security, governance, and change management
• Coordinate collaboration between business units, IT teams, architects, data experts, security, and external vendors
• Co-create and maintain transformation roadmaps
• Monitor KPI delivery, business benefits, and AI solution adoption metrics
• Identify, analyze, and manage project, technological, regulatory, and operational risks
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards for responsible AI use
• Support defining and implementing operating models for AI-based solutions
• Prepare reports, analyses, and materials for Steering Committees and management
• Manage the program budget and monitor cost effectiveness
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify new AI use cases
• Coordinate AI adoption activities and development of organizational competencies
• Manage an AI initiative portfolio and prioritize actions supporting the organization’s strategic goals

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years experience managing complex IT projects/programs at the intersection of business and technology
• Minimum 5 years experience running transformation or strategic programs with budget exceeding 20M PLN
• Higher technical education
• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or SAFe certificate
• Availability to deliver services in a hybrid model (at least 3 days/week from the Warsaw client office)
• Experience delivering projects related to AI/GenAI, data platforms, digital transformation, and cloud solutions
• Experience in large organizations with complex organizational structures
• Experience in projects involving change of operating model, business processes, and organizational change management
• Practical experience with Generative AI, LLM, chatbots, AI agents, or Machine Learning
• Practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models
• Ability to define KPIs, adoption measures, and assess business value of AI initiatives
• Experience building transformation roadmaps and coordinating enterprise-level AI rollouts
• Knowledge of AI-related regulations: AI Act, DORA, NIS2, GDPR (RODO), and Responsible AI
• Very good knowledge of budgeting, executive reporting, monitoring business benefits, and risk management
• Experience reporting to the Board, Steering Committees, and C-level management
• Experience coordinating large teams including business and technology experts
• Ability to manage multiple parallel project streams
• Highly developed leadership skills and ability to build effective collaboration between business and IT
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to make decisions in a dynamic transformation environment
