Description

Role focused on designing, evolving and communicating corporate architecture, defining architecture management standards, policies and processes, and supporting architectural compliance, change and risk management. You will create and maintain an architecture repository, analyze business processes and IT system portfolio, map business goals to technology solutions, design interoperability and integrations, assess architecture maturity, and support strategic digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and communicate corporate architecture
  • Define standards, policies and processes for architecture management
  • Support architecture compliance, change management and risk management programs/projects
  • Create and maintain an architecture repository
  • Analyze business processes, organizational structures and the IT systems portfolio
  • Map business objectives to technology solutions
  • Design interoperability and integrations between systems
  • Prepare architecture documentation, analyses, presentations and recommendations for stakeholders
  • Assess architecture maturity and identify areas for improvement
  • Support strategic transformation and digital initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Enterprise Architect or similar
  • English knowledge at C1 level
  • Experience serving as a corporate architect in an organization
  • Experience building and developing corporate architecture practices at the organization scale
  • Expert knowledge of corporate and business architecture
  • Experience designing business processes, value streams, and capability maps
  • Knowledge of corporate architecture domains and maturity models and reference frameworks
  • Very good knowledge of architecture modeling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS Architect or similar
  • Practical knowledge of TOGAF, Zachman Framework, Azure Well-Architected Framework or equivalent architectural standards
  • Experience in governance for the architectural function
  • Ability to define standards and policies for IT resource usage
  • Experience designing interoperability and integrations between systems
  • Ability to identify business needs and translate them into architectural solutions
  • Experience preparing architectural documentation, analyses, presentations and recommendations for stakeholders
  • Leadership skills and very good communication abilities
  • Required certificates: at least 1 from the list below or equivalent
    • The Open Group Certified Architect (Open CA)
    • Zachman Certified – Enterprise Architect
    • CISSP Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (CISSIP-ISSAP)
    • ITIL v3 Master Certification of Capability in Business Analysis™ (CCBA)
