Description

As a Business Systems Analyst, analyze complex business problems and craft automated system solutions for SAP ECC and SAP S/4. Responsibilities

• Work closely with Lam Global Operations (GOPs) teams to understand and support operational needs and determine best technology solutions
• See the overall business picture and handle undefined situations holistically
• Provide analysis and deep insights to business needs; challenge and enable best-fit technology solutions
• Understand interactions and dependencies across corporate initiatives, business units, and IT strategies
• Architect and design business processes and systems solutions aligned to business objectives
• Apply deep functional knowledge across Lead/Opportunity management, Customer & Sales Collaboration, Demand Configuration & Management, BOM Management, Production Planning & Sequencing, Materials Management, Production Order Execution, Inventory Management, and Customer Risk Management & Analytics
• Serve as a BSA across projects and initiatives from inception through post-mortem
• Use functional and technology knowledge of SAP ERP (ECC and S/4), Variant Configuration and Advanced Variant Configuration, Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), and custom home-grown applications
• Communicate complex planning scenarios, trade-offs, and impacts to diverse audiences including leadership
• Run meetings and forums to drive technology and business strategy, solutions, and execution
• Track and drive tasks to closure and escalate as required
• Grow into a Lead Business Systems Analyst role
• Manage and work with Managed Services support consultants
• Collaborate with globally spread teams and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or technology with 12+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 8+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of related SAP experience with 3+ years in MM, PP, SD (VC)
• Skilled in analytical techniques and practices for problem solving
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) for various levels and audiences
• Plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing to deploy capabilities
• Led at least one end-to-end project including analysis, design, configuration, development build, test, deployment, and training/data conversion
• Strong problem solving and analytical/critical thinking skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently or with limited direction
• Experience managing and working with Managed Services support consultants
• Experienced working with globally spread teams and stakeholders
