Entry Level Associate Electrical Engineer

Description

As an Entry Level Associate Electrical Engineer, you will work on real-world projects that enhance plant safety, environmental performance, and profitability. You may support work across control systems, instrumentation & electrical engineering, high-voltage systems, corporate electrical engineering, and project engineering—optimizing operations, developing new processes, and leading multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot advanced control schemes
  • Create and refine process models for predictive control systems
  • Engineer and improve process measurement instrumentation and control systems
  • Provide daily technical support for I&E or control systems
  • Collaborate with electrical technicians to troubleshoot and repair equipment
  • Evaluate and enhance electrical systems for expansion and reliability
  • Offer electrical consultation for global manufacturing
  • Implement standards to maintain a consistent corporate philosophy on electrical systems
  • Lead large-scale electrical projects and represent the company externally
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement significant projects
  • Manage all project aspects from concept through construction
  • Ensure projects meet goals, budgets, and timelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent degree from an accredited university
  • Overall GPA of 3.0 or greater
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status
