Description

You will own the experience for one of the verticals and a capability that runs across all of them, working alongside the PM who owns the roadmap and directly with customers. Agentic AI performs most of the work, then hands accountable decisions to a human reviewer in regulated, operationally complex contexts (e.g., reviewing claims, approving invoice exceptions, releasing orders). You design the reviewer’s screens in real context and build that experience, while also owning how agents learn from domain experts and keep that learning inspectable for accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own your vertical end to end: reviewer queues, customer administration experiences, and process-owner dashboards to find bottlenecks
• Own how agents learn from people and keep that learning legible to the accountable stakeholder
• Define the generalization path: what belongs in shared capability versus what stays local to the vertical
• Set direction across PM, engineering, and platform partners
• Ship working software by opening PRs into the product repo through standard review
• Tie design outcomes to product metrics and establish a baseline for your surface

Requirements

• Excellent design and experience thinker with a strong customer discovery orientation
• ~10+ years owning meaningful product areas with a consumer-grade experience bar in high-stakes domains
• Strong instinct for what the experience needs; dig into unfamiliar domains and raise quality early
• Strong business-context focus; gather context directly from PMs and customers
• Comfortable building: write code, prototype quickly, and move with a modern frontend stack
• Primary tooling: Claude Code
• Familiarity with GitHub, Figma, and Claude.ai; comfort with ambiguity
