Description

You will be the Data Scientist Sr for the FORCE Operations Data/AI team, responsible for providing MFC-wide support. You will turn stakeholder AI and data needs into actionable models, guide projects from prototype through production, and maintain existing data products.

Responsibilities

• Apply AI and data-science techniques to support manufacturing-operations programs
• Identify and execute opportunities to integrate AI capabilities into existing FORCE products
• Develop and lead the team’s AI strategy and partner with stakeholders to define business problems
• Develop prototypes and advance them to production-ready products
• Maintain and enhance the legacy FORCE product suite

Requirements

• Completed Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Engineering, Computer Science, AI/Data Science/Analytics, or other Engineering discipline
• Experience with structured and unstructured data for descriptive/diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytical needs
• Working level experience in SQL
• Proficiency in Python and related libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas)
