• Role: Senior Product Manager for Buyer Services

Description

• Lead execution for the Buyer Services business as the marketplace scales
• Drive attach rate so every transaction includes a service attach
• Serve as the primary product architect for execution/tactics and the link between services and engineering teams
• Use AI tooling for internal and customer-facing functions to remove friction and manual toil

Responsibilities

• Define MVPs and drive them to production (not just a pilot)
• Drive and influence the product roadmap for buyer platform consolidation across Finance, Shipping, and Warranties
• Identify workflows (internal and buyer-facing) where AI can increase speed or reduce manual effort; turn them into shipped features
• Drive velocity: keep working processes intact; propose faster paths when they slow the platform down (including AI-assisted alternatives)
• Build and maintain evaluation methods to track quality, reliability, and safety
• Make calls in ambiguous situations; run lightweight postmortems and feed learnings back into the roadmap

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in product management (or equivalent experience shipping software products)
• Demonstrated experience shipping AI/ML-powered or agentic features into production
• Comfort working directly with engineering on technical architecture decisions (APIs, microservices, data pipelines)
• Track record of building proof of concepts
• Demonstrated ability to earn buy-in from established teams and earn influence without direct authority

Preferred

• Experience with AWS Bedrock or comparable LLM agent infrastructure; familiarity with tool-calling / MCP-style architectures
• Background in marketplace, auction, freight/logistics, or B2B transactional platforms
• Working knowledge of SQL and enough Python/JavaScript to read and sanity-check technical proposals

• Clear, documented prioritized consolidation plan stakeholders have bought into
• Deliver at least one feature (Agentic or manual/non-automated) in production with key metrics
• Demonstrated velocity increase in shipping a set of features
