Description

The AI Product Manager will help design, build, deploy, and optimize AI-native products and agentic workflows to solve partner and customer challenges, delivering measurable business value. The role includes establishing workstream strategies, setting roadmaps, impacting KPIs, and using end-user feedback to determine what to do next.

What You'll Do

  • Drive scoped initiatives end to end: lead workstreams from concept through delivery, align with product goals and business strategy, and translate initiatives into requirements, deliverables, and KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Execute through the Growth Operating System: leverage agents and reusable workflows across strategy, analytics, experimentation, and product development; improve the system by enhancing context, codifying repeatable tasks, refining agents, and strengthening evaluations.

  • Own outcomes tied to P&L: accountable for product performance via design, experiments, KPIs, and independent analysis of customer interactions.

  • Influence through communication: provide regular, data-driven narratives connecting progress and outcomes to business impact and tradeoffs.

  • Mentor junior teammates: coach on product, technical, and analytical skillsets.

Experiences You’ve Had

  • End-to-end involvement across lifecycle from identifying opportunities to measurement and optimization of production-grade solutions.

  • Hands-on analytical: fluent in SQL, Python, and/or R; experience with LLM/automation systems (e.g., AgentCore, Claude Cowork, Gemini, Zapier).

  • Value creation: track record delivering measurable AI/ML business outcomes, behavior change, metric optimization, and clear ROI.

  • Stakeholder engagement: collaborate in discovery conversations, validate opportunities, and execute against jointly defined expectations.
