Platform Specialist

You Will

• Monitor and troubleshoot SSP integrations, resolve technical issues, and analyze data to identify trends or anomalies.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure platform stability and performance.
• Use querying tools (e.g. SQL) to dig into log-level data and support operational improvements.
• Manage communication with SSP partners, respond to operational requests, and prepare insights for partner reviews.
• Maintain clear documentation and contribute to smooth, informed collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
• Support evaluation and onboarding of new partners.
• Assess inventory quality and uniqueness, monitor for duplication, and maintain accurate records of supply configurations and integrations.
• Ensure partner adherence to privacy regulations and internal brand safety standards.
• Monitor restricted verticals and support enforcement in collaboration with legal and policy teams.
• Assist with invoice validation, revenue reconciliation, and investigation of billing discrepancies using data analysis and cross-functional coordination.

Desired Experience

• 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, AdTech operations, or SSP/DSP partnerships, with a track record of managing external relationships that span both technical and commercial domains.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills; experience with SQL or similar querying tools is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of programmatic infrastructure, including SSPs, Prebid, auction mechanics, and familiarity with oRTB bid request/response formats.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally across technical, business, and partner-facing teams.
• Self-starter comfortable operating in a remote environment and collaborating with distributed teams.
