Description

The role focuses on evolving end-to-end loan origination and credit assessment processes with increased self-service and straight-through-processing that supports regulatory requirements and future business capabilities. You will define the architecture runway for the Standardised Corporate Loans Hub and lead the design of complex, business-critical software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define the architecture runway for the Standardised Corporate Loans Hub and lead the design of complex, business-critical software solutions
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, robust, and compliant technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on architecture decisions, design principles, and best practices
• Drive adoption of modern architectural approaches, including microservices, monolith, and event-driven architectures
• Conduct architecture and design reviews, identify technical risks early, and drive mitigation actions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in software development, including experience leading or guiding development teams
• Strong hands-on experience with software architecture and system design
• Proven experience designing distributed systems and service-based architectures
• Experience with workflow engines or Business Process Management (BPM) platforms and cloud platforms
