Description

Build AI and business intelligence analytics solutions (including Agentic & Generative AI) that improve operational decision-making, service reliability, and strategic change. Design and develop dashboards, AI agents, and decision intelligence solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights for business and technology stakeholders. Enhance, optimize, and troubleshoot existing analytics, reporting, and AI solutions to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance in an Agile (SAFe) environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build AI and business intelligence analytics solutions (including Agentic & Generative AI) using Microsoft Fabric, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Snowflake, and Power Platform
  • Design and develop dashboards, AI agents, and decision intelligence solutions
  • Improve IT operational performance, transparency, and data-driven decision-making by analyzing and modeling data to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations
  • Partner with stakeholders across Nordea to drive strategic technology initiatives and contribute to the future of analytics and AI
  • Enhance, optimize, and troubleshoot existing analytics, reporting, and AI solutions to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance in an Agile (SAFe) environment

Requirements

  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI and/or Microsoft Fabric
  • Proficiency in SQL (preferably T-SQL), data modeling, and DAX
  • Experience working with data platforms such as MS SQL Server, Snowflake, Dataverse, or similar
  • Experience building or contributing to AI-enabled solutions (e.g., Copilot Studio, Snowflake Cortex, or similar)
  • Experience designing analytical products, dashboards, reports, and decision-support solutions
  • Experience working in Agile environments, preferably Scrum or SAFe
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, at minimum C1 level
  • A Master’s degree in Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role
