Description

Administer the Gemini Enterprise AI platform: manage users, access, licenses, knowledge sources, and integrations, while monitoring usage, service quality, and costs. Ensure compliance with security, data protection requirements, and AI Governance. Design, build, and develop AI agents using no-code/low-code/pro-code approaches, including configuration of prompts, instructions, safety mechanisms, and automation with RAG and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Platform administration and governance (users, access, licenses)
• Configure and maintain knowledge sources and integrations with company systems
• Monitor platform utilization, service quality, and costs
• Ensure security, data protection, and AI Governance compliance
• Design, build, and develop AI agents (no-code, low-code, pro-code)
• Configure agents, prompts, instructions, and safety mechanisms
• Support business users in identifying and implementing new AI use cases
• Prepare documentation, standards, and training materials
• Define and implement AI usage standards, including token/cost analysis and access controls for agents

Requirements

• Higher education (preferred: IT, econometrics, management, or related)
• Experience administering IT systems or AI platforms; practical knowledge of Google Cloud Platform including Gemini Enterprise
• Practical IAM knowledge (role and permission management)
• Knowledge of sensitive data protection mechanisms in Google Cloud, especially Sensitive Data Protection (configuration experience)
• Practical Terraform knowledge and CI/CD processes
• Experience configuring Data Stores and connectors to external data sources
• Knowledge of AI concepts: AI agents and LLMs
• Ability to create and maintain agents using Vertex AI, Agent Builder, Agent Designer, and Agent Development Kit (ADK)
• Ability to design and implement process automation solutions, including knowledge sources, RAG processes, and API integrations for agents
• Basic Python programming knowledge and use of Agent Development Kit
• Knowledge of information security and access management
• Ability to collaborate with business users; conduct workshops and training
