• Location: Kraków (hybrid: 2 days in the office per week)
• Rate: 1100-1400 zł net/day (B2B) or 15 660-21 960 zł gross (UoP)

Description

You will have full ownership of technology decisions, based on discussions with the business, project needs, and existing standards.

You will work in an experienced, senior team to build new products and evolve mature platforms and systems, with opportunities to influence the direction of development.

You will take part in organized refactoring (not isolated struggle with technical debt) and deliver quality solutions within a flat structure that minimizes unnecessary process.

Responsibilities

• Make independent technology decisions together with the team and business
• Design and implement system architecture and write clean code
• Develop new products and evolve existing platforms and systems
• Take part in organized refactoring processes

Requirements

• Several years of commercial experience as a Java Developer
• Very good knowledge of Spring
• Very good knowledge of Hibernate
• Very good knowledge of microservices
• Ability to write clean code and design system architecture
• Fluent communication in Polish and English
• Nice to have: DDD, REST API, WebFlux, MongoDB
