Description

Design scalable Salesforce Data Cloud architectures to unlock enterprise customer data potential with AI-driven insights and personalized engagement. Lead client workshops, translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions, and shape strategies for data harmonization, identity resolution, and activation across Salesforce ecosystems and integrated platforms like Snowflake or Databricks. Guide implementation governance for security, privacy, and consent compliance, while combining architectural leadership with hands-on solutioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design for Salesforce Data Cloud, covering ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation
• Conduct client workshops to assess data architecture, define use cases, and align solution roadmaps
• Develop integration strategies across Salesforce and external sources using batch APIs, real-time streaming, or Zero Copy Federation with Data Lakes
• Architect activation patterns for marketing and engagement platforms (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud), ensuring performance and data integrity
• Monitor Data Cloud credit consumption and recommend cost-optimized architectural choices
• Oversee governance for security, privacy, and consent compliance (GDPR, Right-to-be-Forgotten)
• Support estimations, technical proposals, and proof-of-concept initiatives for pre-sales and solution validation
• Collaborate across architecture, engineering, and client leadership teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Provide guidance and best practices to development teams to maintain standardization and scalability

Requirements

• 6+ years in data solutioning or consulting roles, including 2+ years delivering Salesforce-centric solutions
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (D360), including data modeling, data ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, calculated insights, and activation
• Proven track record of at least 1 full-cycle Data Cloud implementation in production (multiple preferred)
• Familiarity with advanced patterns such as Zero Copy Data Federation, external connectors, and streaming activation
• Strong understanding of APIs, ETL/ELT tools, middleware (MuleSoft preferred), and enterprise data integration patterns
• Ability to create robust architectural blueprints ensuring scalability, cost efficiency, and security
• Experience facilitating client workshops and working closely with business and technical stakeholders
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge business needs and technical design
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher; experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
