Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in platform/application administration
• Hands-on experience with Amdocs Helix
• Strong experience in Helix upgrades, migrations, and patch management
• Good knowledge of Linux/Unix, databases, and application support
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management
