Principal Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Communicate complex technical decisions effectively to engineers, market leaders, finance, and senior stakeholders by adapting framing without changing facts.
• Lead cross-functional engineering, design, security, and market teams while onboarding market stakeholders and establishing clear ways of working.
• Challenge ungrounded numbers, business cases, and efficiency claims.
• Escalate issues early with clear options and recommendations.
• Develop teams and document knowledge, processes, ADRs, technical assessments, product roadmaps, and governance frameworks to avoid single points of failure.
• Evaluate and guide headless/composable CMS architecture (code-first and self-hosted), multi-tenant isolation models, and global content modeling/localization.
• Oversee design systems (tokens, component libraries), modern frontend delivery (React/TypeScript), cloud hosting, CI/CD, access models, and security assessments.
• Set standards using hands-on fluency in agentic coding tools, spec-driven development, and critical evaluation of AI translation models and vendor claims.

Skills

• 5+ years owning a technical platform product from prototype through production in a regulated or governed environment.
• Experience owning and defending business cases while balancing technical investment, business value, risk, cost, and delivery priorities.
• Hands-on fluency with agentic coding tools and spec-driven workflows.
• Fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Background in telecommunications or multi-market enterprise environments.
• Experience decommissioning legacy platforms and introducing agent-first workflows to teams.
